The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and perfect, even with the AC running non-stop. The hotel had a marvelous location just steps away from the San Francisco Church. The staff were very nice, and the services were great.

We had a great stay at this place! The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the main squares of the center and close to everything, including food places. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and attended to. Plus, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, with a nice interior design that enhanced the luxurious feel. We also appreciated the little touches, like bottled water and coffee provided in the lobby at all times. we were very impressed with this hotel's quality services and enhanced comfort.

I recently stayed at Hotel Magno in Tepatitlan for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I loved the easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Despite having noisy neighbors, once I closed my door, it was completely quiet inside. The AC worked perfectly, keeping my room refreshingly cold. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
